Hello and welcome to Kate Braddon Nutrition!

I am a registered dietitian and yoga instructor in Ottawa, Ontario with a passion for empowering women through nutrition and wellness. I aspire to help others create balanced and sustainable lifestyle changes so that they can live and feel their best every day.

I work with my clients to help them find more balance and learn actionable ways they can make improvements to their health. I believe that nutrition is not a one-size-fits-all solution, and as women, we need specific advice that is unique to our needs and hormonal profiles.

Nutrition

The foods we eat directly impact how our body functions. I work with you to tailor your nutrition for your unique needs and hormones. Depending on your current life stage and wellness goals, different foods will work in different ways.

Movement

Our bodies were meant to move. Finding daily movement that you love works alongside your nutrition to optimize your health in stronger ways than nutrition alone. Your plan is made with this in mind so that it supports your fitness and physical activity goals in the best way possible.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness in everyday life brings us into the here and now so that we can start living our life for today, not yesterday. As a yoga instructor, mindfulness is a key aspect of my daily routine. You will learn how to eat with intention so that you can enjoy more of what you eat with purpose.

Joy

Finding joy in your everyday routines can elevate all aspects of our well-being. Maybe joy to you is trying a new recipe or having a picnic at sunset. I teach you how nutrition can be an avenue of everyday joy. My guidance will help you seek and discover more joy in your life.
